Frequently Asked Questions
How many rounds do I need to pass to to get the job opportunity?
In total, there will be 4 rounds for us to really get to know you and see if you are the “chosen” one for the opportunity:
- 1st round: CV application and assessment
- 2nd round: Discovery talk via Google Meet
- 3rd round: Skill test – this round is designed so you can show off your practical skills and knowledge
- 4th round: Team interview – meet and talk to the whole Marketing team from ROI Digitally.
How long does it take for each round?
With each round, based on the position and the number of CVs/applications, we will have an overall processing time as follows:
- 1st round (CV assessment): 1 – 3 business days to send you the results (for candidates who have successfully passed due to the big amount of applications we have) after receiving your application on any platforms
- 2nd round (Discovery talk): 30 minutes via Google Meet to get to know about you and your work experience. Then 1 – 3 business days to get back to you about the result.
- 3rd round (Skill test): Depending on the position, the skill test might take from 2 hours only, or could be from 1 to 2 days
- 4th round (Team interview): 1 hour through Google Meet between you and our team.
How can I be well-prepared for each round?
To prepare for the Discovery talk, you can totally dig into our website to learn more about what we do or how we deliver the results to our clients besides knowing something about us.
To prepare for the skill test, it would be best if you could apply something you have done or experienced in previous jobs, and something new you can learn during the test time.
And it’s great if you want to challenge us with your questions relevant to the job, skill test or the company in each round too. We are always open to help you understand!
